breathing new life to 39 ann siang
39 Ann Siang Road — once home to Ning Yeung Wui Kuan (宁阳会馆), established in 1822 to support Cantonese immigrants — which has been thoughtfully revitalised.
The building’s Ground Floor has been converted into a welcoming community space which will continue to serve as Draper House’s headquarters and home to its members while providing a hub for The Working Capitol’s enterprise members located around the Ann Siang and Telok Ayer neighbourhoods.
Its upper levels now accommodate serviced offices tailored to the needs of growing enterprises. This careful restoration preserves the site legacy of supporting the local communities.
a home for entrepreurs
Partnering with Draper Startup House, The Working Capitol launches its 2nd co-working hub in 39 Ann Siang, where level one is a shared co-working space with serviced offices in the upper floors.
To support entrepreneurs in Singapore - to have a community space of their own and a place to network, sharing its values of sustainability and community impact in Singapore’s historically rich neighbourhoods, expanding its footprint further into Telok Ayer and Ann Siang neighbourhoods.
