From August 2024 onwards, members will get to enjoy:

For 25 pax offices with a minimum of 12-month lease:

  • Freedom to downsize, re-locate or move-out with three-month notice.

  • Enjoy the freedom of flexible deposit and zero termination charges.

For 26 pax and above, a minimum 24-month lease is required:

  • Initial Term: Complete the first 12-months of your lease.

  • After the initial term, freedom to downsize, re-locate or move-out with three-month notice.

  • Zero termination fees.
