  • As a Facilities Technician / Handyman at The Working Capitol & Triple P Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brands by ensuring a seamless facilities experience for all our members and partners by maintaining our spaces. You will be the enabler that ensure our facilities are well maintained to support branding initiatives, collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager & a fellow Facilities Technician to maintain projects across our portfolio of properties. Your work will enable us to maintain our spaces but also help us cos not only establish and evolve the tenant/member experience at our spaces to continue to become Best Remote Work Solutions Provider & a Great Place to Work.

    Job Description

    • Attend to assignments/breakdowns in relation to facilities management matters

    • Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers

    • Coordinate preventive maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems with vendors

    • Supervise the vendor on the preventive maintenance scope and repair works

    • Ensure vendor follow the house rules

    • Support in Event and AV setup

    • Electrical: Electrical system maintenance and installation work.

    • Plumbing: Maintenance of water supply, sewage system and hot water systems, plumbing fixtures, water-type fire protections.

    • Ventilation and Air-conditioning: Maintenance and air-conditioning systems, fans, air filters, controls for temperature and moisture, including some ventilation and air-condition installation.

    • Appliances: Maintenance of appliances including but not limited to refrigerator, chiller, freezer, ice-machines, dishwasher, etc.

    • Reinstatement Work: Including but not limited to interior reinstatement work for shophouse units.

    • General Repair and Maintenance: Including but not limited to structure maintenance, care of department tools, supplies and equipment, painting, sanding/varnishing of wooden floors, equipment and furnishing installation, etc.

    • Any other function necessary for effective operations of the business or as directed by management, e.g. moving of furniture or items between properties, assisting with rearrangement of office layouts, etc.

    Requirements:

    • NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent or related majors or certified electrician certifications or WSH Certifications are preferred or relevant working experience in handywork in Facilities Management

    • Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair tools or previous experience in a similar role, or Fair knowledge and skills in mechanical and electrical fields

    • Ability to work in rotational shifts as per operational demands (occasional evenings and/or weekends).

    • Good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills.

    • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

    • Customer service orientation.

    • A working command of verbal and written English with fair communication and collaboration skills.

  • As a Graphic Designer at The Working Capitol & Triple P Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brands. You will be the creative driver behind branding initiatives, collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing to conceptualize and implement projects across our portfolio of properties. Your work will not only establish and evolve brand identities but also ensure our marketing resonates effectively across all channels.

    While the primary focus is on design, this team centric-role also involves contributing to wider marketing efforts, including photography shoots and project management. At Triple P Group, we believe every team member is a neighbourhood builder, ready to take ownership and make impactful contributions.

    Job Description

    Graphic Design (60%)

    • Brainchild for all designing and creative works for Triple P’s business portfolio and The Working Capitol.

    • Serve as the brand custodian for Triple P and The Working Capitol brand identity, ensuring consistent identity and tone of voice for both brands.

    • Drive brand visibility from online and offline channels, not limited to facade branding works.

    • Curate assets for new projects which may include facade designing, interior branding and mood board proposals, enhancing TWC and member’s branding.

    • Develop engaging visuals that tell the story of our heritage properties across various mediums.

    • Design works includes member’s projects which includes signage curation and branding support, varies on project basis.

    • Curate community event posters and ensure brand is aligned across all marketing collaterals.

    • Oversee the entire design process, from concept to installation, liaising with contractors to ensure smooth execution.

    • Familiar with Adobe Suites and Canva platform.

    Social Media (30%)

    • Manage the visual content for all social media platforms across both Triple P’s and The Working Capitol’s business portfolios.

    • Drive the creation of social media assets, from concept through to post-production, ensuring they align with brand pillars and target diverse audiences.

    • Produce a range of creative content, including static images and video, optimized for different platforms.

    Project Related Tasks and Others (10%)

    • Capability to support the Head of Marketing in executing special projects under Triple P Group.

    • Coordinate photoshoots for office spaces, networking events, and any as deemed required.

    • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom is essential.

    • Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage and execute graphic design projects.

    • A strong command of verbal and written English.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

    • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
