Pet-Deposit
This deposit is a safeguard for any potential wear and tear that might occur, ensuring our space stays welcoming for everyone. The good news? As long as your pet leaves the space just as they found it, the deposit is fully refundable when you move out.
TWC Pet Interview
A quick, informal check by our TWC Head of Pets, Yuki to ensure your pet meets our requirements — nothing too serious, a friendly check to make sure everyone, pets included, is a great fit for our space.
Please note that pet-friendly spaces are available exclusively at selected private shophouse units and are not applicable in our public co-working spaces or campus areas. Other terms and conditions may apply during contractual discussion, varying based on the type of pet.
