Reimagining Workspaces: Meet Figma’s vibrant office in Keong Saik

The Working Capitol is excited to unveil Figma's newest office, located in the vibrant Keong Saik neighbourhood - a prime example of a workspace that not only meets but enhances a company’s brand identity. this project exemplifies how a well-thought-out workspace can do more than just accomodate a team.

At The Working Capitol, we recognize that leasing an office with a co-working provider often restricts the creative potential of a space. Breaking away from these limitations, we specialise in offering a customized workspaces that offer both flexibility and branding opportunities. Our approach focuses on transforming our heritage shophouse unit into a modern creative hub, tailored to align with Figma’s visual brand identity and functional needs. This approach not only supports Figma’s dynamic creative culture but also ensures their team thrives in a space that resonates in their daily interactions and injects the fun brand DNA on their clients.

In collaboration with the Figma team, we identified several key areas to enhance their aesthetic and functionality of their office:

hallmark entrance

Be greeted with a visual piece of Figma’s brand identity when you make the first step. The entrance features a mural that celebrates their origins as a vector-based design tool, setting the tone for their innovative spirit.

The welcoming area is outfitted with plush seating and a communal table, creating a comfortable space for discussion and collaboration.

open pantry concept

Designed to brighten up the mid-work break with an open-concept pantry with ample daylight from coffee machine, microwave and bar-top for the casual afternoon gatherings.

Situated in a corner shophouse unit, Figma has adorned the window panes with its vibrant brand colors, creating a space filled with ample daylight where members can do their best work.

Themed meeting rooms are each named after vibrant colors and elements of UX/UI design, creating a lively and inspiring environment for collaboration and creativity.

Additional amenities feature two phone booths outfitted with acoustic panels, providing a secluded space for private meetings or focused work sessions.

Our dynamic space, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 40 people, features adjustable sit-stand desks, ergonomic chairs, desk monitors, and personal cabinets.
